@TeresaM If you have over a 100 sales on a 1099B or multiple ones add up to over a 100. And use the auto import function.The form will not accept it when it goes to smart check and when you attempt e file it will give you the error and tell you to mail the return. I suggest to others to consolidate that and enter in just the total Cost basis and total proceeds on line 1d and upload a copy with said information manually. You can then Efile and it will be accepted. I have done this for prior years. This was the first year I used the auto import and had this issue. I have now resolved this issue for myself by doing the above. This is an issue with the state of MA too and maybe others. I hope this helps.
