State tax filing

Thank you for replying.

1.  I looked at  NJ TY 2020 print out and the same forms were listed.

2. My 2020 submission was not held up by NJ because of these statements nor the lack of attached forms. 

3. These statements are attached to the copy identified by Intuit as  "Your tax return - The official return for mailing is included in this printout. Remember to sign and date the return."

4.  By signing and dating the return I am making an official statement to NJ . 

5. These statements are not true. 

6. Intuit / TT should not include these statements on this form that is submitted.  They have a preceding page that provides instructions.  This information should appear outside of the official form to be submitted.

> My Opinion:  This inadvertently causes user to make non-factual statements to NJ even if the form gets through NJ processing.  Should be reviewed by Intuit / TT Legal.
