@Akordinguy - Seeing a form on line does not mean that the form is finalized and ready to be programmed into the system for electronic filing. When the form has been finalized by California Department of Revenue it will be provided to TurboTax to program into the system. The California site gives the following information about this form 3801

Keep in mind:
- It takes some time to incorporate state forms into TurboTax. While they may be available from your state on a given date, we need a few days to make the forms available for use in TurboTax.
