I am trying to file my Massachusetts State Taxes and Turbo Tax Software is giving me a message that I cannot file because Form 8582 is not yet available.
I selected the Turbo Tax button that says "notify me when update is available" and I did received an email that the Form is available and I did update the software.
However ,the Turbo Tax program still gives me the message that I cannot view, print or file my Massachusetts taxes.
