Validation of North Carolina e-file failed due to a "Technical Hiccup"
I already paid the State Tax filing fee directly to Turbo Tax with a payment of state taxes owed in one week.
I understand that I can file by mail but how do I deal with the payment situation? Is there a way of cancelling the payment in the event this technical glitch does not get fixed soon?
