I am filing a 2021 tax form, not 2019. Your state of Minnesota tax form (part of the Deluxe package) asks for Long Term Care Insurance information but does not provide a place to enter this information. Although when you try to move on, it tells you to revisit the information, you cannot enter it. This has never been a problem in previous years and I have never filed a separate form. What do I do to complete my tax form??
