To delete a form, follow these steps:
- Login to your TurboTax account if not already in
- With your tax returns open, go to Tax Tools on the left panel
- Click on Tools to open Tools Center
- Click on Delete a form
- Scroll down to CA state forms, click on Delete next to 3554
