Paying loyal customers deserve more precise timing on updates. Several weeks is not acceptable and in light of labor shortages, our state does not have the resources to process all Turbotax users as paper returns. Not acceptable customer service. Will we be suprised to see this is magically resolved once the price of your State efile goes up?.... Quality customer service for this inconvenience would be free state file.
