I had the same problem and contacted Turbotax. Guy kept putting me on hold after every question I asked...couldn't answer anything but said it was a known problem. I asked what to do and he said I could print out and send it in or wait a couple of weeks and try again. I was most disappointed with the lack of knowledge and accountability that I'm thinking of using Tax Slayer, much cheaper too.
