Found 1 workaround just now. If you do not have any dollar entries on the MD 8582 passive form, go to VIEWS, forms, go to line 9 where it says $0, hit override and delete the entry altogether so it is "blank". I then got a congratulations you removed the error and it let me delete the form and I have no errors now. If you have $ entries on MD 8582, this didn't seem to work. Hope this helps.
