Howdy! When will the Illinois 1299-C form be available? I am doing TurboTax Deluxe w/ Illinois return and it does not seem to be giving me the option (adoption).

Howdy! When will the Illinois 1299-C form be available? I am doing TurboTax Deluxe w/ Illinois return and it does not seem to be giving me the option (adoption).
TurboTax is showing the adoption credit for my federal return but not for state.
