Do not attach any 1099s unless it shows state (OH) income tax withholding.
Attach the Federal Schedule C
Attach the Joint filing credit worksheet (if you're married and claiming the JFC)
TurboTax automatically prints out a copy of the entire federal return, when it prints the OH return. But it is not required (but can't hut).
