If it is not yet available why is it there when I downloaded a copy of my federal? When you download everything including the unfiled state is downloaded. Is very strange that something not available at the state site and with a copy of it in the saved documents that you are telling me that it is not available.
TurboTax apparently has a problem then with filing any and all Missouri 1040s because it is required for most of them. Perhaps someone/s should be assigned to do this.
