I filled my California state taxes in 2018 and got a return of $605 for state. This year I got a letter from the state saying I owe them 600 for the year of 2018? How could I owe. I Never owed for any year with federal or state. Why years later are they saying I owe them? Now there charging interest. Any help on what I should do???
