A. I'm from Ohio and don't have the IN software, It could be you live in one of the counties that doesn't give a credit

A. Correct, unless you live in one of the counties that doesn't give a credit.
Q. I can tell my employer to stop withholding Ohio local taxes as well right?
A. No. Just the opposite. The OH city you work in gets to tax you and the IN counties that OH residents work in get to tax them.
