I don't recall seeing this credit box in the past, though it must have been there. So I can't get refunded, but I can request the credit up to the amount the IN county allows (based on that box in Turbotax) correct? I can tell my employer to stop withholding Ohio local taxes as well right? Why would they withhold them at all then? I feel like I'm missing something.
