I moved to Michigan in 2021. I just got my W2 from my employer. I have one page with Box 15 completed for my previous state of residence, with numbers in Box 16 (State Wages) and Box 17 (State Income Tax). Then I have a second page where Box 15 is blank and in the box titled "Employers State ID No." there are just the words "TOTAL STATE" and then a different number in Box 17 (State Income Tax). Any ideas how I should input this into TurboTax?
