I moved from Ohio 3/31 to Florida. My job remained in Ohio and I work remote. All documents were filed with my employer prior to me leaving and I had confirmation of such in the Human Resources file. I worked with them for 9 months to get them to stop taking out Ohio and city taxes. It is only after finally telling my next steps were going to be legal action did they finally change it mid-December. I want to be able to get a refund on the Ohio taxes that continued to be taken out since April 2021.
