Put the net NY tax paid on NJ-COJ.
If it is more than your NJ tax, reduce it down to that amount.
You can't get more back than your NJ tax.
That's how much you will be refunded.
For the rest of the income lines on form NJ-1040-X it's just a matter of copy/paste.
