California Taxes

I paid for the California software via Turbotax in 2014 when I did a family member's taxes to prepare their CA state tax return.  However, I noticed that it is requiring me to pay for the California software again.  I paid for it last year, not thinking that I should be eligible to pull it in since I have previously paid for it -- similar to the Washington, DC and Maryland software.  I use them repeatedly each year too but am not required to pay for these two software each year.

 

Can someone help me with this issue? Why do I need to pay for the CA software via Turbotax when I have already paid for it in previous years.  I'm referring to preparing the CA tax return, not efiling it.

 

I was thinking that maybe my CA program didn't transfer over properly due to updates to the laptop or maybe because I got a new laptop. Mmmmm
