Thank you! I'm e-filing. If you look at the previous conversation in this thread, the question is regarding whether I should mail Form 8453 and 1099-B from my brokerage to NC. For federal return, multiple people have provided the same definite answer and I have mailed those documents to IRS. Shall I do the same for NC state return? Shall I do it for PA state return?
