Updated solution 2021 (Online Version):
1) Click Bookmarks (Icon or symbol on top right of window)
2) You may or may not have bookmarks saved, no worries
2a) Click back arrow
2b) Click DELETE FORM from list of links displayed at lower half of window
3) Takes you to a page of forms you have filled out
4) Find Form 3554, click delete and confirm.
