so if there's an "addition" of $10,200 to my "other adjustments to income" on my California state taxes I should zero that out? should I put $10,200 in the "subtraction" column instead?
basically in California, under the "other adjustments to income" section should the $10,200 UCE be under the "subtractions" column or the "additions" column?
