I’m having the same problem. I have my k-1 input into the federal TurboTax, but my IT-204-IP is blank in the modification codes table and the TurboTax-NY “Partner, shareholder and beneficiary adjustments" allows additions and subtactions, but with Modiification Codes that don't cover the K-1. Any advice?
