Changing to Reciprocal Nonresident does not allow my spouse to reside in another state?

In TurboTax Indiana State Return, I am trying to change my residency to Reciprocal Nonresident (of MI) but TT  doesn't allow my spouse to reside in Indiana?  What am I doing wrong?

My spouse resides in IN and works in IN and has her withholding in IN.

I am attempting to choose Nonresident status in IN  (I work in MI and have MI withholdings) but TT is not allowing my spouse to reside in IN while I reside in MI if I choose "Reciprocal Nonresident".

When I choose the simple Nonresident status, TT does allow me to reside in MI and my spouse to reside in IN, but choosing Reciprocal Nonresident TT is forcing my spouse to also reside in MI.   Why?

It does this not only in the step-by-step but also using the Forms view, if I try to edit Form IT-40RNR directly it brings me to the Indiana Information Worksheet  where when I try to change my spouse's County of Residence no matter what I select, it forces it to be OOS-Michigan.

Her County of Employment is correct however as Howard (a county in Indiana).

I'm not understanding why I can't have her reside in Howard county (Indiana) when I choose Reciprocal Nonresident for me, but choosing the normal Nonresident for me does allow her to reside in Indiana.  Any help would be appreciated!  Thanks!
