State tax filing
I had the same problem with my fairly new Dell 15 inch laptop. I moved my TurboTax file to the older laptop I used last year and it worked fine. I now remember that I also had trouble entering my Amazon verification code when I first opened TurboTax a few weeks ago. That was resolved by changing my Windows display resolution from 1920x1080 to 800x600 as I read in a comment online. That might have worked on the screen to pay for the state filing but I had already filed my taxes using my older laptop.

Having the exact same problem. Working on a brand new Dell laptop. Had issues installing until I changed the display resolution. Same fix doesn't work to efile state return. Been using Turbo Tax for years and this will be my last one considering cost and wasted time due to software issues. Too much hassle for what should be easy and simple.

I have a different problem. My payment went through (I have the receipt), but it still hasn't been posted to my credit card a week later. Maybe I'm jumping the gun here, but I think it's odd.
