State tax filing

Thank you for trying to help me.  I am convinced the problem is with TurboTax's software.  No one else in my school is having problems.  TurboTax has been very frustrating for me this year.  First, I wasn't able  to download my already paid-for online 2020 software, and only after an hour or more on the phone with TurboTax were we able to figure out how to work around the glitches.  Now I can't access my last year's online account, so I can't find what exactly I did last year, when my W2 also had nothing in Box 14 and something in Box 12.  I have spent days sending my forms electronically, and all are rejected.  There is no way something should be in Box 14 because I am an adjunct and adjuncts are not eligible for institutional retirement contributions.  I feel TurboTax should reimburse me for my printing and postage costs (and even the days lost of wasting my time going in circles), and for whatever problems I will have with NYS since NYS requires electronic submission but I can't send my form electronically.  I have received "advice" from this online community and also via phone, where the technician took over my computer and together I re-uploaded my W2. , and again my form was rejected.  The problem is with my software.
