Thanks @DanielV01 . I did talk to quite a few people yesterday at customer service and it seems that the consensus is that Turbotax no longer allows PDFs to be attached to GA state returns. So I'm just out of luck and now have to mail in my return for state. But I can still e-file Federal. Bummer. I haven't done that in a decade. Not sure I remember how. Ha.
