I am amending my North Carolina D-400 form to account for items that I did not realize I paid no Sales Tax on. I had expected the process to be the same as when filing them at first (i.e. go through each section and Turbotax handled inputting them for me), however now I have been presented with the D-400 in full.
My question is, is it possible to amend the D-400 using the same process? Or if I have to manually edit the D-400, what do I need to do for lines 22-28? Or do I only need to edit lines 18 and 19? Additionally, will TurboTax allow me to pay the additional tax due through the app?
