Yes, remove PA and CA.  This would leave approximately 81,000 being reported to NJ.  If this sounds like the correct amount, then you have done it correctly.

Otherwise, programming requirements for NJ adds all of these amounts together, reporting double the income to NJ than what you actually made there.
