I received a 8009-a for my Amended return. Box 9 was checked. I don't know what it means or how to fix my return.

I accidentally filed single even though I got married back in June 2016. I Completed an amendment to fix the issue, but received a 8009-A form stating information was incorrect or missing. I don't know how or what to fix.
