SBBT mails the Green Dot card to you. You can contact Santa Barbara Bank & Trust (SBBT) customer service at 877-908-7228 or visit their website www.sbtpg.com. You will need to get them to block the existing card (assuming it was mailed to the wrong person) and issue you a new card.
