I would double-check the W-2 section of TurboTax to make sure there isn't an incomplete or imported entry that is no longer relevant.
You can navigate to this section by taking the following steps:
1.) Federal
2.) Wages and Income
3.) Wages and Salaries
4.) Click through the screens until you see Here's Your W-2 Info
Click delete or the trash can icon next to the W-2 entry that you wish to remove.
