After you file

So you went through all the steps above to look for multiple accounts?   It's one of the most common issues in this forum every day, and many people are surprised to find out they have multiple accounts.   

Did you follow all the steps above, including the last method to have it look you up by SSN?  If you've gone through everything above, including having it look you up by SSN, then the only way to find it is to phone TurboTax Support, and they should be able to find the right account.   This assumes you DID use Online TurboTax for 2015; if you used the CD/download version it will not be in an online account.

If the 2015 return wasn't completely finished, or if it needs any corrections, you would have to finish it in the desktop software (CD/download).   If you paid for 2015 product, then TurboTax Support should furnish you the download.   If it was completely finished and doesn't need any corrections, then you can print it from the PDF to mail.  The 2015 return can no longer be efiled.  It has to be printed, signed, and mailed.
