I am still married, but filing for divorce. My husband will not cooperate in rectifying the problem. He is just afraid he will owe taxes in and he has recently lost his good oilfield job. So, I'm on my own. I got my 2015 federal and state filed, but I'm not sure when the last time he actually filed. I'm thinking it may be 2012 or 2013.
