I presume you mean 2015, which was the most recent tax year filed with TurboTax.

When you filed a TurboTax return, did you choose to get a 2015 Federal tax refund on a NetSpend Premier Visa Card?
And if so, do you no longer have the card?  And do you have no receipt for the purchase?
