If you requested to receive your refund on a pre-paid visa card, and you have lost the card (or discarded it when empty) without making a record of the number, then I think there is a good chance that a company called SBTPG will know what the number was. That is the company that manages the refund transfer process and either mailed you the Netspend card or told Netspend to mail you a card. In the future, you will want to make a photocopy or take a picture of the new card, for just such emergencies, and also register your ownership of the card on the card issuer's web site.
