TuboTax Online does not have Form View. But you can jump to a specific form and start the interview process of that specific form.
While Sign in to TurboTax Online, and working on your tax return you can go to My Account>Tools>Topic Search and type the name of the form (or scroll), select the form and click GO.
Also you can go to Search type the form name (ej. 1098-e), press search and click the Jump to link.
