I realized that the house I sold on 2/22/16 I improperly listed ON my 2015 return. Do I need to amend 2015 or just not list it on my 2016 return?

I realized that the house I sold on 2/22/16 I improperly listed ON my 2015 return. Do I need to amend 2015 or just not list it on my 2016 return?
On the 2015 I am sure I didn't add all of the improvements, etc.
