Thank you! This *workaround* did work. "Add a State" is the required hack to do a W4 after filing.
The other answer only works *before* filing which is precisely the problem.
Calculating W4s should be an automatic next step, not an afterthought that requires a hack workaround.
There was a bug in printing the W4. The results said choose 2-Single, the W4 printed 2-Married!
