Serious disappointment. Dividing what I owe by 4 and giving me vouchers is ZERO value. Taking my information and giving me a W-4 form pre-entered for new withholding is.

What am I missing?  I went to their w4 calculator when signed in, it did not have my info. I sign in there and it takes me back to the tax home. Very disappointed.  Thoughts? Suggestions? Pointers to where this is done for us?
