I did not include all my qualified child care expense with my original return(s), thus the amendment. The instructions say to include only forms that changed, but now I am filing a paper copy and the AR8453-OL form instructs me to send all W2s. The W2s didnt change. I was only going to mail revised AR1000F with the child and dependent care expenses worksheet.
