I filed successfully through TurboTax, yet received a notice in the mail from the NC Department of Revenue that I did not pay my state taxes. Why did TurboTax not pay my taxes as I was told that they had?
Can I dispute this? I don't want something like this affecting my credit score, especially when I had the money available to pay.
