After you file

This is not an error ... you had 2 states originally in the return so the .taxfile has both state's in it so to open that tax file you must install both states again. In the future, if he is not required to file a NH return then don't complete a NH return. 

If you had paid for the second state program you should be able to download it now ...but if not contact TT support for assistance.


To access your downloads after purchasing from TurboTax.com, follow these steps.
1. Sign in to My Downloads.
2. Click the blue Download arrow for the product you would like to download.
3. Save the download somewhere on your computer where you can find it – your desktop is a good place.
4. After the download has finished, install your software by double-clicking the downloaded file.
