I need New ID #'s for both of us to E File our 2918 return successfully. How do I get them?

I had to request an extension of our 2017 return; I was late filing in November so I mailed our 2017 Federal return.  I used TurboTax Deluxe to complete our 2017    taxes.  How can I obtain new ID #'s for both of us so I can E File our 2018  return? Our 2018 return was rejected twice because I used our 2016 ID #'s.
