Never respond and repay a mistake made by employer without contacting a lawyer. They more than likely have to give you time to repay . Also they cannot issue w-2 for money they want returned due to there mistake. The attorney can assure you are credited for insurances and any negligence and inconvenience caused by there mistake
If abc overpaid you it is their mistake and should also be liable for your attorney's fees good luck
