What forms do I file with my 1040x amended return?

For an amended return do I just file the 1040x form itself (2 pages) or everything that prints with the 1040x form? What printed looks like almost the entire 1040 form and there are portions that were not changed or affected by my changes. Instructions are pretty unclear about this.

For an amended return, you will choose the All Offical Form Required For Filing. This option will print your 1040X and other required documents. You will then include those forms with the documents that support the changes that you made to your amended return. For more information, please see the IRS link below.
