yes, (again this was my experience LAST YEAR) I called an irs agent. she told me my accnt was in review and I was to receive a letter. I received my letter mid march, issue was my health care form was incorrect. I re-did it by the forms they sent me., sent them back and received my refund some time in april. you will NOT RECIEVE ANY NOTIFCIATION ONLINE. atleast I didn't.
