The was a problem with claimed dependent on original 1040 which cause both my Federal and State forms to be reject. I corrected the error on 1040 but it wasn't transferred to the state form 3522 correctly. This caused an incorrect dependent being claimed and doubling the refund. I need to correct the state forms and mail it in.
