Some users report that TurboTax does not allow electronic filing of Oregon state returns even when the federal return transmits successfully. If you have a form that isn't supported for e-filing, you will need to print and mail your Oregon return. Change the entry in the File section that indicates how you want to file the state return to show "mail". TurboTax will provide mailing instructions.
